SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

1. The SUBSCRIPTION you acquire for a given email address is valid for the lifetime of that email address until cancelled or not renewed.

2. Subscription is a CONTINUOUS SUBSCRIPTION and will renew at the end of term, but you may cancel at any time.  You must cancel before the end of the current SUBSCRIPTION TERM in order to avoid charges for an additional term.  No unused portion of a SUBSCRIPTION TERM will be refunded.

3. If you choose to cancel, you may continue to use YourMailIsHere until your renew date.

4. If you choose to cancel, any future SUBSCRIPTION will be at the then current SUBSCRIPTION rate.

YOUR MAIL IS HERE, ACCOUNT TERMS

1. A YourMailIsHere subscription account is only for one specific email address.

2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of all of your accounts and passwords. Softdata Consulting, Inc. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

4. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email.

5. Softdata Consulting, Inc. is not responsible for package or mail theft in the event that a delivery QR Code scan does not scan the QR Code, activate the sending of notification email, or email is not received by the recipient.

6. Softdata Consulting, Inc. is not responsible for package or mail delivered to a wrong location.

7. Softdata Consulting, Inc. is not responsible for user selection of location to attach/afix a Location Delivery Notification card.

8. Softdata Consulting, Inc. is not responsible for requesting or notifying any delivery entity or person, to scan Location Delivery Notification cards when present.

9. Replacement Location Delivery Notification cards can be ordered on the YourMailIsHere.com website.


USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES

The YourMailIsHere.com website may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
